Lama Lobsang Palden brings his experience as a Buddhist lama to his Tibetan Healing Massage Ceremonies, integrating many years of daily Dharma practice into the sessions. Working on a deeply spiritual level, Lama prays and meditates during the ceremony, incorporating the vibrational sound healing of sacred mantra as well as Tibetan singing bowls, cymbals, drum, bell, gong, and conch shell. Lama also uses pranic energy work and crystals for emotional and spiritual healing.

A Tibetan Healing Massage Ceremony includes a variety of holistic healing techniques such as deep tissue work, hot stones, hot towels, and salt glow body scrubs. High-quality, all-natural products containing pure aromatherapy-grade essential oils are hand-blended or carefully selected from the best sources. Lama Lobsang prays over his massage supplies, infusing them with the Medicine Buddha mantra. A natural intuitive, Lama tailors each session to your individual needs. He can work very deep in the muscles to dissolve long-standing tension or apply a gentler touch for more sensitive individuals.

While each session is unique, one thing is certain: the Tibetan Healing Massage Ceremony is unparalleled. No one but Lama Lobsang gives so much in one session.

Lama Lobsang prefers to work in two-hour sessions; however, 1-hour and 90-minute appointments are also available. Two-hour appointments are recommended for a complete treatment. Massage purifies the body. It is recommended to get extra rest after a session, and to drink a large amount of water to help flush out toxins.

The childbearing year is a crucial time in the life of a mother and child, and we believe every pregnant woman deserves to be nurtured with healing massage. You may purchase a series of three prepaid massages and receive $10 off each massage, for a total savings of $30. The massages may be scheduled anytime during your pregnancy and up to one year post-partum.

Senior Discount:

We offer a 10% discount on all massage sessions for persons 65 years of age and older.

For those with serious health challenges:

We offer a 10% discount to those who are faced with particularly challenging illnesses such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
