Tibetan Buddhist Meditation |

Lama Lobsang regularly leads Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, or Puja (sanskrit for worship). Everyone is invited. There is never a charge for Puja, and no one is turned away for lack of funds. Gifts to the lama and shrine offerings are appropriate at pujas and teachings. A $10 donation is suggested. Since the time of the Buddha there has been a tradition that those who offer the teachings are supported by their community. A list of suggested donations and offerings will be emailed upon request. For special practice days and workshops, check the Upcoming Events page.
