Patricia's sessions are co-created with you, for you. She utilizes her varied experience to design a session that may include a combination of massage, acupressure, and spa treatments. When you call to make your appointment, you will receive a free phone consultation. Together, you will create a custom session that is best suited to your needs. Patricia produces many of her high-quality, natural products herself; others are carefully selected from the best sources. In her sessions, she uses aromatherapy oils, lotions, creams and gels; chakra stones, hot basalt rocks and steam towels; and Tibetan chants, cymbals and singing bowls. Remember, massage releases toxins stored in the body, and drinking lots of water after the massage helps to flush out the toxins.
Facials include cleansing, exfoliation, and toning. Masks are applied and moisturizer is massaged into the skin. Spa treatments include the Salt Glow Body Scrub, a whole-body exfoliation using sea salt, and the Herbal Mud Body Wrap, a full-body sea algae and mud mask that draws toxins out of the body. These services will include some massage and last about one hour.
Patricia Palden is a certified massage therapist with a background in Jin Shin DoŽ Bodymind Acupressure, Swedish massage, Thai massage, Tibetan healing techniques, and Tibetan Buddhist Meditation. She has studied aromatherapy, natural healing, and detoxification. Patricia has been practicing healing bodywork since 1995. She has practiced yoga since 1993. She is the mother of three beautiful children, and the wife of Lama Lobsang Palden. Patricia is currently taking a break from her bodywork practice to focus on her family.
